Boris and his team were awesome! From start to finish, they were responsive, professional and easy to work with. We needed a deep cleaning on short notice during a holiday week and they were incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Most importantly, they did a great job and our apartment looked great after their cleaning. We highly recommend VepoClean to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services.

Highly recommend VepoClean whom I had scheduled for a deep cleaning of my apartment recently. Right from the start ie online scheduling to their prompt follow-up message & text to confirm a day prior to the review check with me post-cleaning appointment, it was a very seamless professional experience. Regarding the appointment itself, the cleaning crew of 2 ladies did an excellent , thorough and efficient job. The apartment was left very spic & span , with the mirrors and windows sparkling, literally! The ladies split and went about their work quickly & quietly. Definitely calling VepoClean on a regular basis for mt home cleaning needs.

I’ve been using Vepo Clean for a while, and the first few visits were amazing — my apartment was spotless and smelled incredible (I loved the essential oil fragrance they used). Unfortunately, the last two visits have gone downhill. Two cleanings ago they didn’t use the fragrance, and although I mentioned it, the most recent visit was much worse. All of the bathrooms (toilets, sinks, bathtubs) had visible hair left behind, which was really shocking since that’s usually the cleanest part. I actually had to clean everything myself after they left. They offered to come back, but at that point I had already re-cleaned, so it didn’t help. I was expecting some kind of discount or compensation instead. Really disappointing, especially because I know how great their service can be. Not sure if I’ll continue using them.

Today we had our second scheduled cleaning with VepoClean and once again, we are incredibly happy and impressed with the amazing job done by our team! We’ve been with several different residential cleaning companies in the past and most have been great, but VepoClean is quickly becoming our favorite. The team is punctual, super efficient (2 hours for our 3bd2ba condo), and thorough! We added on upholstery cleaning the first time for our couches and that was a great decision - the team managed to get out the vast majority of the tough stains accumulated over the years. The team has also been so good with our two overly affectionate doodles, so we’re grateful for that :) On the administrative side, the booking process can be done entirely online and the portal is easy enough to navigate, and I find this method of booking so much easier than having to call in each time. The customer service has been fast, responsive, and tailored. I had no problem or delay with rescheduling our second cleaning to accommodate my recent travel schedule. Pricing is fair and very competitive for this area of NJ/greater NYC. For routine cleaning, ie. once a week, month etc, which is what we need, there i

VepoClean did a fantastic job at cleaning my house 🏡 I recently hired VepoClean for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The cleaning team arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle every corner of my house. They paid great attention to detail, leaving everything spotless—from baseboards and light fixtures to inside the oven and fridge. I especially appreciated how respectful and efficient they were, working quietly and quickly without disrupting my day. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and my home has never looked or felt cleaner. I would absolutely recommend VepoClean to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services. I’ll definitely be booking with them again.
